NORTHERN Ireland construction and building publication, Specify Magazine has announced a collaboration with the multi-award-winning Civil Engineering firm AG Wilson, to announce the launch of a regional art competition in the Armagh, Banbridge, Craigavon area.
This initiative, with a £1,350 prize fund, invites budding artists, from P5-P7, to use their imagination and illustrate what they believe a modern construction site in Northern Ireland looks like.
The competition has been introduced by Specify and AG Wilson aim to inspire, educate and nurture the potential future leaders in the construction industry.

Richard Chambers, CEO of AG Wilson, expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, saying: “We are thrilled to collaborate with Specify Magazine in this remarkable initiative to nurture young artistic talent. Our industry thrives on creativity and innovation, and by engaging with primary school children, we aim to instil a passion for construction and engineering from an early age.”
