Based in South Yorkshire, Abode is delighted to receive this award following a rigorous judging process, where the company were visited in-person by members of TheBusinessDesk.com expert judging panel, before the shortlist was announced. Abode was then invited to pitch why it should be considered and were unveiled as the winners at the black-tie awards event in Leeds, on 20th February 2025. Hosted by BBC TV presenters Ross Fiddes and Emma Jones, Abode scooped the Innovation Award with Peter Phelan, Sales Director at Abode proudly taking the stage to accept the glitzy awards trophy.
The Innovation Award is designed to recognise companies, which have successfully disrupted their own business or wider industry to create a more exciting future; as innovation is crucial to the continuing success of any business.
