Sean Tighe has been appointed Architectural Technologist & Contract Manager at Hagan Homes. Originally from Derrymacash, Lurgan, Co. Armagh, Sean joined Hagan Homes in September 2024, bringing over 20 years of experience in the construction and architectural sector. In his role, he assists in managing projects from the design stage through to technical delivery — overseeing the production of detailed drawings, compiling tender packages, and ensuring each development is completed on schedule and in full compliance with regulations.

Prior to joining Hagan Homes, Sean spent six years with Charles Lavery and Sons Building Contractors and 14 years at McCreanor & Co. Architects. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Architectural Technology from the University of Ulster and is a qualified Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) Assessor and Passive House Designer.
