Ballyclare homebuilder Hagan Homes has started construction on its new housing development, Shimna Mile, nestled in the picturesque seaside town of Newcastle, Co Down.
This £4.750 million project, comprising 27 homes, is set to redefine modern living in this beautiful coastal community.

Prospective homeowners can look forward to the showhouse opening in April 2024, with the first phase ready for occupancy in August 2024.
