RTU Limited based in Cloughfern Avenue, Newtownabbey has acquired Colinwell Masonry Products Limited. This acquisition marks a major strategic development for RTU Limited.
Alan Sproule, Managing Director of RTU Limited said: “This is an exciting opportunity for RTU and is a key part of our plans for continued growth. In 2023 we launched our 4-year strategic plan which set out our ambitious vision for sustainable growth. Within this plan, we identified three pillars which we would use to deliver on our growth strategy. Our third pillar of growth focused on acquisition within an adjacent business and Colinwell fitted that profile perfectly.”

Colinwell’s product portfolio includes masonry blocks, acoustic blocks, Martello stone walling and the Allan block retaining wall system.

The business will continue trading as Colinwell Masonry Products Limited and the entire team look forward to pursuing increased opportunities across the UK and Ireland.
