NI Water is making a final call for future talent to apply for its double award-winning Entry Level Academy, with 27 fantastic apprenticeship, higher-level apprenticeship and graduate opportunities available for the current September 2026 intake.
This year, NI Water has a wide variety of roles spanning a breadth of vital areas including Water Utilities, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Engineering Plant Operators, Science, Construction Engineering, Hydraulic Modelling and Internal Audit.

Katie Harper from Omagh joined NI Water’s HLA in Construction Engineering Project Management in September 2024.
Katie said: “My time at the NI Water Entry Level Academy has been fantastic. I’ve been able to continue my studies while gaining hands-on, industry experience, with the promise of a job at the end of my apprenticeship. My NI Water apprenticeship offers specialised mentorship, allowing me to work on major projects like the Belfast storm tunnel and sewer lining in Derry.
