The luxury homes situated in Boston, Lincolnshire are 2600 sq. ft with four bedrooms and three bathrooms; a demanding household for both heating and domestic hot water. Fitted with underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the first floor, they are ideally built to enjoy the benefits of renewable technology in the form of an air-source heat pump.
The developers of these stunning new builds, S L Developments from Boston worked closely with heating engineers Multi Plumb and Warmflow to provide a modern heating solution for luxury modern homes. The design team at Warmflow worked closely with the installation team at Multi Plumb to ensure the correct sizing of the appliance for the property and discuss any special installation requirements.

Heating Engineers Multi Plumb, installed each of the AS02 – R32 Warmflow Zeno Air Source Heat Pump units alongside a Warmflow Nero 290ltr Heat Pump cylinder. This pairing comes with a range of benefits to both the installation engineer and the end user. With the help of the team at Warmflow, Multi Plumb were able to commission each of the units using Warmflow Warmlink technology which is a 4g pre-installed modem which allows for remote monitoring, diagnostics and efficient fault finding, ensuring that the units are running smoothly without having to attend site for if an error occurs.
